This Return Policy applies to paid coaching services offered by Strongflexible. Digital informational content on the website is free of charge.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid coaching services purchased from Strongflexible, a business located in Flushing, New York, United States.

2. New York and general US buyers

Session fees are disclosed on our Services page before purchase. If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled Starter Session, you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Rescheduling

Notify us at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to move your appointment without fee. Late cancellations may forfeit that session credit in multi-session packages.

4. Refunds

Starter walkthrough: full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the call. Rhythm partnership: unused sessions refunded pro-rata within 14 days of written request. Studio intensives: 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days in advance; no refund within 7 days.

5. Non-refundable items

Printed materials provided during sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Third-party venue fees, if applicable, follow the venue’s policy.

6. How to request a refund

7. Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect future bookings.

8. Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns directly. If you remain unsatisfied, you may refer to applicable consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction.
