Meet the coaches behind the studio

We founded Strongflexible in Queens to help neighbors build realistic daily routines—one small habit at a time, with no hype and no medical claims.

Elena Maris

Elena spent a decade facilitating community wellness circles in Queens. She maps routines on paper first—sticky notes on a kitchen table—before anything goes digital.

Her sessions focus on transitions: waking, commuting, logging off. She speaks English and Mandarin.

Jonah Keene

Jonah comes from organizational learning backgrounds. He keeps check-ins short and structured so you leave with one clear cue to try—not a dozen.

He documents shared notes in plain language and never records calls without written consent.

How we show up for clients

Honest scope

On-time sessions

Clear policies

Sustainable pace

Why we work in Flushing

Our studio on 150th Place sits between residential blocks and transit lines—the same rhythm many clients navigate. We wanted a walkable place where coaching feels like a conversation, not a clinic.

How we collaborate

Elena sketches the routine arc; Jonah holds the follow-through. You may meet one or both of us depending on your format. We debrief internally so you never repeat your story.
