Strongflexible does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

2. Your state privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with privacy laws may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. How to submit a request

Email mailuse@strongflexible.world with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include:

• Your full name and state of residence
• The right you wish to exercise
• Enough information for us to verify your identity

We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days for California requests, with one extension when permitted).

4. Authorized agents

California residents may use an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

5. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
